CERTIFIED QUALITY SYSTEMS

Our human resources, main asset of the company, are a fundamental pillar of our Quality System. We have in place a continuous process of motivation and training as part of a policy whose aim is the responsible handling of our workers, in a framework of social commitment that surpasses the expectations of the strict execution of our obligations as employers.

The HACCP and ISO 9001 Quality Systems have been implemented in the processing plant and certificated at an international level by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance.

Why is it important for a food preserving plant to have HACCP and ISO 9000 international certificates?

The HACCP System is a food security system that guarantees the safety of the preserved food that we prepare, and the ISO 9001 System guarantees that the International Quality Norms issued by the Standard International Organization (ISO) are followed in the entire company. DanPer has not only completely implemented both quality systems; they have also been internationally certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd. Certification implies being permanently subjected to external Audits that verify and guarantee that our quality systems are properly followed.

ISO HACCP

The quality Certification and Audits imply an important investment for the company that we are quite happy to assume, aware of the high value that receiving a safe and reliable product has for our clients.

Following the same policies that we do in our processing plants, our own farmland has also been certified in USGAP and GLOBALGAP (Good Agriculture Practices) by the international PRIMUSLABS.COM.

GLOBALGAP USGAP

The EFSIS certification "Higher Level Certificate of Conformity" received by DanPer since 2004 is recognized by the BRITISH RETAIL CONSORTIUM (BRC).

The EFSIS specification is applied to all kinds of processed food; it establishes requirements for the premises, equipments, manufacturing processes, food safety and quality management.

ISO 14001.

As part of its commitment with the environmental protection, Danper practices a variety of procedures that look for the on going improvement and the prevention of contamination. That is why since the beginning of 2006, the company is implementing a System of Environmental Management based on Norm ISO 14001, norm that establishes tools and systems for the administration of the environmental obligations of an organization and assures the responsible care of the ecosystem.

Our environmental control system looks to identify the positive and negative environmental aspects; that is to say, beneficial and adverse, and to establish on them specific control actions.

OHSAS 18001.

The implementation of the international Norm OHSAS 18001 allows us to control the risks of Industrial Security and Occupational Health in Danper, therefore improving our performance; working with effectiveness and following the yet established security norms in more than 200 countries of the world by diverse credible and certified organisms of international level.
